Welcome by Chair
- To accept and raise any matters arising from the minutes of the 2023 AGM (on website)
- To consider the Chairman's annual report for 2024/25 (on website)
- To accept the signed annual accounts (income, expenditure and balance sheet) and treasurer's report for the budget year ended 30 September 2024 (on website)
- To appoint Sue Hanson as Independent Examiner for the accounts for 2024/25
- To re-appoint Honorary Officers and committee for 2024/25
