Footpath Maintenance Tues. 17 May 2016
Returning to providing steps to footpaths from the A610, our small four man team laid some further steps, as can be seen. What the pictures do not show is how hard it is to dig holes and knock in the pegs for the woodwork in this location, the embankment probably having had a lot of stone laid on it as the nearby road was built.
However, a new finger post for the path was put in by us today, despite having to dig two feet down through rubble and stone.
