"Living in Duffield, this walk was more or less in our back yard, and we wondered if we would discover anything new. But Ramblers always come up trumps, and we found ourselves on a very skilfully woven route which dipped into some paths which were very familiar, and a few that were quite new. It was very neat how the track through Lumb Grange suddenly linked in with the Midshires Way, launching us elegantly back into Farnah Green and the final haul along the Chevin!
