We are a Group of the Ramblers’ Association; one of eight in the Derbyshire Area.

The Ramblers’ Association has been in existence since 1935.   Since then, it has led the way in opening up footpaths for the benefit of all walkers, as well as ensuring footpath closures are monitored.

Our Group was formed in April 1976, in mid-Derbyshire, and now has 200+ members, from a variety of backgrounds, and age groups, but with a common love of the countryside.
